The Battlefield series has been around for quite a long time now, and it’s one of those games that gets progressively better the more iterations of it are release, and the latest one totally lives up to that remark. Yes, Battlefield: Bad Company has been out for a while now, but we wanted to get our review up on the site, before Battlefield: Bad Company II comes out.
This review, isn’t going to be going in depth about the story-line, characters etc… instead, we’re going to take a look at the gameplay, and oh, what gameplay it has.
Battlefield: Bad Company lets you battle through multiple maps, set across multiple countries, allowing you to use a multitude of weapons and vehicles along your way. This game is defiantly built to please, allowing you to fly helicopters, drive boats, tanks and ATV’s, among other things.
Passive destruction is a great feature in Bad Company, the ability to be able to walk up to pretty much anything in the game, fire an M.207 grenade at it and see it crumble and explode in-front of you, is well, to say the least, pretty amazing. This feature also gives you an amazing tactical advantage when storming buildings, the enemy is always expecting you to come through the door, or windows… perhaps they won’t be expecting you’ll make a new door.
All in all, it’s an amazing game, that is defiantly worth checking out, and we’ll defiantly be getting, and reviewing BF:BC II.
